THE FUEL TO LEAD: Developing the next generation of leaders

Professor Maurice Radebe has gathered some pearls of wisdom that he believes can enrich the next generation of leaders. This is what this book, The Fuel to Lead is about. He holds that, ‘By simply telling my story and narrating my life journey, I trust some positive impact can be made. I believe it is important that we who have walked the journey should reach back to those following and inspire them to go even further than we did. I spent most of my business and career life in the fuel and energy industry as a leader at various levels. Now at this stage in my life, in my sixties, I want to simply be a ‘petrol attendant’. I want to be that person who fills up people’s tanks so they can continue with their journey. I want to ‘fill people up’ with the inspiration, with the knowledge and with the wisdom I managed to attain on my own journey. I want to fill people up with the fuel to lead.
